Hey mates 
I'm looking for an HDD Enclosure for about 35-45$.
Few key points:
- A built-in fan
- Easy HDD replacement (so no enclosures with 100 screws)
- USB 3.0 is a MUST!
- LED does not matter to me. Could either have or not.
I was looking at the Rosewill METAS which seems to be nice,
though I was wondering if there's anything else you could recommend.
Also - Would you take the Seagate Barracuda or the Western Digital Blue?
Both are priced at 70$, though the Seagate seems to be a bit thinner, isn't it?
**Won't be purchasing from Newegg, I'm not from the USA**
