lc power any good?

Well in Bosnia and Herzegovina(Europe), on www.pik.ba , almost every sales dude/guy/man puts a LC600H-12 600W PSU in a computer and sells them I mean everyone xD , they even put it on a 7970 and a i5, they jack in a non module LC600H-12 600W in there.
Is it because it is cheap, or will it last ? It is just weird.
PS: No one is selling corsair PSUs for some reason, so if you were to recommend that, dont. xD
Well will it be able to handle this spec
CPU:FX6300
GPU:asus 7870
RAM:8GB AMD RAM (2133MHz) And yes i know the MOBO can handle only 1866 MHz, but I am thinking of upgrading my MOBO in the future, as well as the PSU but I cant now..
