I need a full difference between those two motherboards. GD65 says it has a high overclocking performance, but i don't plan to overclock past 4.1 GHz, with intel i5 4670k.
So, can anyone tell me the complete, full difference between them?

Won't touch MSI for builds, poor QC, I'd look to the Asus mobos, maybe the Gryphon or the Hero

The GD 65 has a dual BIOS and an Asmedia SATA III controller which offers 2 additional SATA ports. It also has additional switches, buttons, and a digital code readout.

I can't really pick one because that is a personal decision based upon your own needs and budget. Either one would be a good MB, but the GD 65 has additional features that cause the price to go up.

Maybe if you could tell me what your needs are or ask some specific questions I could be more helpful in your decision.
