So during installation of my new RAM I saw the GPU XFX HD 6670 a bit dusty, and it was the first time, and I and now there is no display in the monitor, the signal is ok, i checked and CPU is also fine as I can clearly hear the windows sound.. So is my GPU damaged or I have misplaced it?

Did that!

I don't think the video card is the problem. Do you hear the beeps from the computer when turning it on? Usually, the long beep (single) is "ok, we're good here" signal. Every other type is "something went wrong".

If the RAM installed isn't correctly set up, the computer won't boot, but appear to be turned on. So, check the RAM first. If it still doesn't work, do a BIOS reset.

And another option would be if you have an APU or Intel with integrated video in it. Switch the video plug to the MoBo's (if that's the case) and see if you get signal. Go into BIOS and change the default video card to the discrete one.

Cheers!

Windows is working fine cause I can hear the windows sound on startup!

Too bad. You could just sit there and stare at your graphics board real closely, look for mini switches, lose wires, whatever. There is a small chance you could see something and fix it. Most likely, there is some sort of physical damage you could see. Otherwise, it could be ESD damage and you are out of luck. However, with AMD's new set of graphics cards out now, you are in good shape to buy new.
