Transferring PC Drivers to another PC by Transferring the Hard-Drive of the Computer

I am wandering is it possible to have a computer software program for drivers that will allow a person take the hard-drive from computer and transfer it to another computer with totally different drivers installed and hardware components. The question is there a driver program that will allow the uninstall of the improper drivers and then reinstall the correct drivers after the hard-drive is transferred to the new computer system.

Possible, but usually problematic depending on how similar the chipset are on the motherboards.

I recently did a couple from Intel Z68 to Z87 with no problem, but others are often not as easy. And it is best to first delete the video driver before you attempt it as that can be a real problem. Also insure that the old install and new motherboard use the same SATA mode (AHCI v. IDE) as that will be an instant BSOD.
