I have a Gateway DX4850-45 computer tower I have never changed a power supply and watched a bunch of videos on how to do it I thought that it wouldn't be that hard until I looked inside of this particular computer The components are pretty cramped in there and there is a lot of other wires I haven't seen Its kind of a mini board or something I wanted to upgrade my graphics card because this computer has integrated graphics which aren't very good so I got a xfx radeon 6770 and it calls for more power than what this computer came with 300watt so I bought an antec 620 from newegg I got the computer apart and I was tracing the wires coming from the power supply when I noticed what looks to be a wire with a little clip that when I pulled it apart has two little clear looking fingers that snap into it I don't have a clue as to what this is I never saw one of these on any of the videos of people changing their power supply and I don't see anything like this coming from the new power supply I just am wondering if anybody can tell me what this is This computer does have a blueray drive I would appreciate any help Thanks

Thank you for the response I looked at the pictures in your link and it is none of those Those just look like the standard plugs that I'm used to seeing This one is different I am going to have to take a better look at it It's just this computer has a semi mini board and everything is really crammed in there and kind of a pain to get to I think I will have to take the computer back apart ( I'm using it right now to write this )
Maybe I will try and take a picture of it and upload and post a link to it Thanks again I will have to get my other computer hooked up in place of this one in case I break this one and have to run it over with my truck and throw it in my pond :pt1cable:
