Which one runs cooler, and which one sonsumes less power?

Also, will having 2 fans on one gpu be a problem(noise)

Solution

The FTW is the better of the two because of the cooling solution and price. The GTX760 is quite better for the price though.

2 fans on a card usually means better cooling at less noise, basically they do not have to spin as fast.
