Since I have installed windows 8 and used Internet Explorer (from the desktop) - INTERNET EXPLORER KEEPS DELETING ALL LOG IN INFORMATION ON EVERY BOOT

It seems internet explorer is doing a full history removal: including cookies, log-ins, passwords etc - every time I start up my system after it was shut down!!! (sometimes after a few hours while browsing as well).

So basically, although I ticked ON "remember me" / "keep me logged in" etc - on every website - When I get into Windows, and uses the desktop browser - I check and every website "forgot" I logged it, and I have to log in: type my email/username and password ALL OVER AGAIN.

This happened with every website I use, such as:
Facebook, Tom's Hardware, Gamespot, IGN, Ebay, Gmail.

So every time I want to browse the internet - I have to make the several minutes long ceremony of logging back in to all my favorite websites. This is FRUSTRATING, and it never happened to me with my Windows 7.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP, I AM LOSING HOPE HERE, NOT SURE WHAT TO DO.
(Before you ask, I already checked my internet explorer settings, and the V for "delete browsing history on exit" is not ticked).

Something I forgot: while I have to log back in to every website - some of them remember my email, so when I start type me email, I can click on it, and it auto-fill that and my password. This is very odd.
I also done the following SSD tweak-guide, tell me if something might caused it from here:

Finally, I have all updates installed, Windows Defender on, and even reset internet explorer once...

Please help
