Hello,
I am looking to see if there is a PCI card out there that I could put on my ASRock Extreme4 Z77 board that would let me watch and record basic cable, plugged into either a standard PCI slot or a PCIe x1 slot. I have an available PCIe 3 slot but I dont want to limit my graphics card to 8 channels if I can help it.
Also, would any cards (that my board could support) function as a cable box?
