My PC recently became too slow. If I restart it, then it's supper fast, but after 30 min or so it becomes slow again. As I am typing this, the words seems to take several seconds to show up.

I have Win 7. It's an Athlon II X4. 4GB RAM. 128GB Crucial SSD. I only use it web for browsing and streaming. I think this is a decent PC for the purpose.

I have AVG Antirvirus on schedule to run twice a week. I also have Malwarebytes that I update and run almost every day.

I just don't understand why it suddenly become so slow after 30 minutes or so of boot up.

Any suggestions?

Much appreciated.

funny you post that link, i just went through that exercise.

probably couple months ago when i opened up the PC and dusted the inside with a pressure can.

I'll suggest doing another cleaning with extra attention to the heatsinks (try to spray under them) - It may be time to apply fresh thermal compound to the machine. You should be able to monitor your temps with CoreTemp (free program) or SpeedFan. See if temps aren't the issue.
If you find temps aren't the issue, then you'll likely need to troubleshoot a driver issue... not fun sometimes. Have you added or changed hardware at all?

i have coretemp, but it doesn't seem to read the CPU temp.

i went into bios and checked the cpu temp there. it says the temp is 52C (125.5F). that looks hot to me

i am not gaming or overclocking the CPU

Interesting that CoreTemp doesn't read your Athlon II, it should. With that information and BIOS showing 52C, I'll go with a fresh application of thermal compound as the desired route.
Arctic Silver 5 is a popular compound and I think even without the curing time you should see an improvement in temps if applied properly. I'll further suggest you research thermal compound application so the application is the best possible.

Ok, I've bought 2 cans of of duster and throughly cleaned the inside of the PC with special attention to the CPU heatsink/fan.

I've also bough Artic MX-2 and applied it. My CPU temp is now around 26C with 36C being maxed.

I don't think this is due to the CPU overheating, but my PC is still slow after the above applications.

Is there anything else I should look at?

Aw shucks, heat or malware are the easier of the possible issues. I'm now thinking driver issues. These can be hard to track down, especially coming in at 30 minutes into use. I'm not even going to venture there... there are tools though
Do you have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi syncing with any devices?
The only other things I can suggest are; try Memtest86 for an overnight run, run a hard drive diagnostics (SeaTools or...) I am assuming you have an HDD also.
