My PC specs :
CPU : amd fx 8320 (3.5ghz)
Motherboard : gigabyte 78lmt-usb3
Cabinet/case : corsair 200r
PSU : corsair VS450
HDD : WD 7200rpm normal HDD
Ram : corsair vengeance 8gb, 2x4gb

Now I've got the above components which I bought recently! The only thing missing is the GPU! Im thinking to buy the amd 7770 HD ! Will the above mentioned PSU be enough for this card? Please explain elaborately if otherwise! I also plan on adding 2-3 system fans, 2x120mm ñd one 90mm! Also if possible, I can even get the 650ti from nvidia if the PSU is fine! Thanks.

Your PSU should be fine with the 650ti: worst case scenario whole system would need 300 watt (150 watt from CPU and 100watt from GPU plus 50watt for the rest system).

Thanks a lot for your answer!
But just some doubts,
Some say that is dangerous to run PSU above 90% load? And what's about the rail ampere? This PSU says it can produce up to 34amps on single 12v rail! Is this enough for the gpu?
What is TDP? for this 7770 I usually see 90w on many sites, but what confused me is that there are graphs showing power charts with curves crossing 200s , is that tdp?

Well most of the time your PSU won't be even at 50% of its maximum power output. Even the worst case scenario will be around 65-70% so don't worry at all. 34amps should be enough even for Titan :p .

TDP is usually the thermal design power. It is used at CPUs mostly to describe what kind of cooling they need.
pe: your CPU has a TDP of 125watt if I remember correctly. an FX9370 has TDP over 200watts thats why AMD suggests water cooling.

Thanks for the detailed answers mate!, so even with the gpu installed I'll be having dinner head room! Now I will buy the hd7770 with peace of mind! , now have to deside between sapphire, MSI or Asus! (Y) :D

Go for ASUS HD7770-DCT-1GD5 or MSI R7770 PE 1GD5/OC both highly o/c (1120 and 1100) and they are the best GPU manufacturers.

edit:I see that these might be a little expensive so go for their normal versions.
