Will solidworks 2013 run with NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 635M?

I have just purchased a new ASUS laptop with Windows 7, 6GB ram, a 2nd generation i5 processor and a NVIDIA Geforce GT 635M with 2GB memory. I have already checked the Solidworks site and the graphics card is not listed, but will it still work? I need the laptop for my engineering degree.

Also, if it does work do I open Solidworks using NVIDIA?

I don't know If it will work will with your card, but my gt 750 m runs parts and small assemblies extremely well. However, If you plan to use larger assemblies, then a certified workstation graphics card may be required. Nvidia actually makes geforce and quadro cards very simmilar, but they only provide solidworks optimized drivers for the quadro. It would also be good to know the exact cpu you have. I don't know what you mean by "do I open solidworks using Nvidia".
