Upgrading Motherboard and CPU - Best way to reinstall windows 7?

-I built my first ever build about 2 months ago. Ive decided to upgrade to a i5 4670 and ASrock H87 PERFORMANCE.
-For the build I purchased a Windows 7 OEM. Me being naive I didn't realize that was basically a one time activation. That using the OEM on my motherboard made them soul mates and would never part.

So my question is:
Is there a way to get my current operating system on my new motherboard and cpu? I am fine with starting completely fresh if i must.

This is some sort of reinstall disk...would it work for me?

You're right, Microsoft will not activate a previously-used OEM product key once the motherboard has been changed.

It has to be a fresh install using either another OEM disc with a new product key, or a retail boxed disc with a new product key.
Personally, I'd cough up the extra cash for a retail boxed copy in case your new mobo needs replacing at some point.

The "Reinstall Disc" on Ebay - no good to you since you'd have to use your existing OEM Product Key which has already been used and activated on the original motherboard.

The "Full Version" disc on Ebay will be fine if it's legit and you get a genuine licence and unused Product Key with it.
99.1% positive feedback sounds promising.
