Sapphire has the best overall build quality and some of the best cooling on the market. In just about anything AMD go for sapphire. The Toxic looks like a good buy, that or the Vapor-X
What's the difference between MSI, Asus, XFX, Gigabyte, and Sapphire?
Which one should I buy for the 280x?
The Sapphire R9 280X Toxic, the best by far, and not to mention you can clock it above and beyond the great factory oc, by another 10%, which will make it as fast as a 780, that costs twice as much.
Im not trolling anything at all, i was quoting what Sapphire says.

You do w/e you want.
The problem with those sites is that they give way too much watts to avoid bad PSU(s). I'm having a hard time explaining this but a cheap 1000w PSU gives out the same power as quality 750w PSU.

I would go for any of these PSUs. @Alex, that was a typo, heck, AMD had shown dual 7970GHz(s) in their "Fixer 2" videos running on an AX860.
XFX ProSeries 850W, Corsair HX850, Corsair RM850, CM V800, Corsair AX860, Corsair AX860i and Seasonic X850-KM3.

Hey right now I have 1 Radeon R9 280x. I was planning to buy another one in around a year to make it crossfire. But, i was also thinking about buying the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and OCing my AMD FX 8350. If I do that, will my PSU have enough power to run another R9 280x?

It will likely have enough, go to 4.4 and you are good.
