Need help clearing up my RAM

i recently been having less and less RAM and want to clear it up it says i have 8 total 4.7 cached and 5.2 available i rlly want to clear it up if someone can help me if it would be appreciated

Well, 100-150 is still a heck of a lot. If you see large performance changes like that, though, and nothing has changed about your computer, it is most likely because of an update to the game not playing well with graphics drivers or a driver update not playing well with the game.

nope.. all i know is that my pcs been running slower on games and i need help someone told me that my RAM is getting used too much

If you want to reduce your memory footprint, then disable as many unnecessary running processes in task manager as possible. I would also go through the list of programs that start on Windows start-up and disable all the ones you don't need.

ok will do but as u can tell im not good with computers might i ask why im igetting low fps in a game like league of legends because i used to get 300 and now im only getting 100-150? could help me to why this is i have no viruses on my pc and my rig is as follows
8gigs of ram
sabertooth R2.0 motherboard
gtx 760
650 psu
eight core processor 4.0ghz

i got 8 gigs of ram it says 5.7 thats free

that could be very true i heard that somewhere ty for the help i jsut get worried when it comes to my pc cuz i spent hard earned money for it you know but thanks

That means the OS and whatever else is running is using 2.3GB. Perfectly normal.
