Can someone explain this current draw?

Hi, I recently got a Kill-A-Watt meter to measure amperage and wattage.

Running Saints Row 3 to increase the load, I get the following results:
Current is ~2A
Power is ~230W

My immediate thought is that the amperage is a little low. Can someone explain this to me?

Below is some extra information:
PC is plugged into a 8-socket surge protector (CyberPower 850)

i5 2500K 4.3GHz
GTX 660
Ultra X3 600W

Hi
Do you think the power is ok but the current is low ?
115 volt x 2 Amp gives a power draw of 230 watts.
Do you think they are both low ?
The sample rate of meters like that is typically 0.25 to 0.5 seconds this is too slow to pick up rapid peaks in the supply current caused by the graphics card.
This in effect is your average power but the power supply needs to be able to handle considerably more during peaks and is why you need a power supply in the 400 to 500 Watt range for this setup.

Yea, that's what I was thinking, that it's too low. I've looked around other threads and websites, and Kill-A-Watt was a common answer for monitoring power consumption... so what's the point of the darn thing if it doesn't even give an actual mean value? -__ -
