Hi I currently own a MSI 650 TI Boost and I was in afterburner and was checking into the kombustor feature it has on it. Now I hope it's wrong but it's saying that my Core cloak is 549.0 MHZ and I do believe it should be at 1000~MHz any ideas on why its at half of what i should be?

Is it under load? GPUs will throttle down their clocks when they are not under load to conserve power.

maybe because the card under clocks itself when usage is low? run a game in windowed mode and keep an eye on it.
