Successfully connected to internet but cannot access browser, app store, etc...

Hello. I just got a samsung smart tv. It says I am wirelessly connected to the internet but when I click to access the web browser I get a "connecting" message. This message appears for about 5 minutes then says that I need to check my network connection because I am not connected to the internet. But when I got to the network settings it says I am successfully connected... How do I fix this!?

This may be an indication that you have entered the password incorrectly. Please reenter the password and make sure you account for case sensitivity.

I have re-entered the password a number of times. When I do it always says I am successfully connected to the internet , I just can't access any of the apps.
