Will HD 7770 2Gb Bottleneck my CPU?

I have an intel i3 540 3.06 Ghz. I currently don't have any video card, only intel integrated. Looking for a video card that is suitable and won't bottleneck my CPU. Will the HD 7770 bottleneck my CPU? (I am not planning to buy a new CPU) I plan to play BO2 in mid-high settings. Any suggestions are appreciated :)

It shouldn't bottleneck, even a GTX 650 Ti or a 7790 should work without too much of a bottleneck
Black Ops 2 isn't that demanding too so I wouldn't be worried regarding that game :p
