How would I update the bios?

Hi. If you click on the link and then the link ubder the BiOS ver. named "BiOS Flash SOP", the first thing you will see it the advice I was going to give anyway. If you machine is running fine, don't flash the BiOS. Another way of putting it is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I just did an upgrade and the board I had in here had a whole host of BiOS upgrades and I never once flashed it. It was running fine and didn't see any reason to.
