I have EVGA GTX 780 SC W/ ACX cooler that I have had problems with in the past. The past problem with the card ended up being the crappy PSU by Raidmax and that we fixed by replacing it with a corsair HX 1050. The last problem was that the PSU was not getting enough power to the card and the card would not show up on the motherboard.
Now, the card is under performing.
On Battlefield 3, it is hovering around 30 fps when it should hover around 113 fps. It scores 5000 on 3DMark Firestrike when it should score about 9000 and up.
