build a new pc should i have ssd for bootable and most used programs and run a normal hard dive for main storage ?

If you can afford it, yes. The SSD will give you shorter boot-up times as well as faster loading of programs that are installed on it.

If you play games you might also notice a decrease in start-up times and loading times.
