Custom Theme install problem

I seem to be having a problem when trying to install a custom theme for windows 7 on my PC.

I have a theme downloaded I would like to use but every time I try to set it, it changes the theme to classic mode.

I have tried it with many different themes and still get the same problem.

Just as with previous Windows versions, Windows 7 will not accept themes that are not signed by Microsoft.
To get around that you have to patch the uxtheme.dll file.

There are quite a few such patches for Windows 7 floating around the web. Use Google Search to find them and use at your own risk.

Thank you for your help, but I have already patched it and everything it just keeps converting back to windows classic.
