Okay, I'm looking for a good gaming computer that can handle demanding games at high settings.... I've never built a computer and i dont know if i should try to build one or just buy one.... This is my first option which is an Acer Predator.

Solution
In general, building your own PC will be cheaper, meaning you can either save some money or get higher quality parts for the same price.

As for the PC you listed, the main problem with that computer is that it has a very powerful CPU for gaming but only a mid-end GPU. Ideally you would want a better balance, for example an i5-4670k paired with an R9 280X would perform much better and cost roughly the same. The 32 GB RAM is also way overkill for gaming. At most you need 16 GB and really 99% of the time you can get away with 8 GB. Also that 24 GB SSD drive has to be a typo, right?
