Components:
-Mini Itx Small form factor case
-Motherboard ASROCK H87M-ITX
-CPU: I5 4570 OR I5 4570S
-RAM: 8gb Corsair Vengeance
-Mouse, keyboard, maybe a TV Tuner, and a DVD Drive
-Storage: 1tb HDD and a 256GB SSD

In this build I will not need a GPU; I am planning to use the Intel HD 4600 Onboard GPU.

200watts will run it fine then but I would look for a quality 300-400watts.

I would put one of these in it. Seasonic G series 360w. It's 80 Plus Gold certified, semi modular to reduce case clutter and typical Seasonic quality. It's also quite cheap for what you get.

Unfortunately this case is too small for that. It only uses a FLEX Powersupply.

The PSU will handle it. The quality of both the case and the PSU is unknown to me though.
