At first it happen with my GTX 570 SC i really thought it was my GPU so i switch to a 760 and for a little over 2 weeks everything was fine. And now this week i been getting the freezes more often to the points that it makes gaming really hard for me. I cant seem to figure out what the problem is if someone could please help!

check event viewer for errors generated in your disk IO subsystem. blocks in your SSD may have failed and are being moved, if they take too long (30 seconds) windows might issue a reset to the port thinking the device got confused. it will often appear that they system stops for a while and then continues on again. it can also be caused by bugs in SSD firmware, Often you can leave the computer powered on while in the BIOS screen while the SSD does its correction and repair work (just leave it there overnight)

select administrative events, look for errors coming from a disk io subsystem. even warnings that blocks are being relocated.
often you can let a SSD do its internal work by booting your system into the BIOS screen and just leave it there for a while. the SSD will be able to do its garbage collection and clean up without having the files locked by the OS. also, the clean up is effected by the amount of free space on your SSD. (less free space, the longer it takes)

note: if the SSD takes too long (30 seconds) to clean up. windows will reset the connection to the port and make a entry in the error log
