Asus sabbertooth 990fx r2.0 amd 8350 fx has no post and cpu ed is red

Just picked up comments to build my first computer. Everything is plugged in correctly but the CPU led is red. The heat sink is spinning and bios supports my CPU. I've tried 1 ram stick in multiple slots and gpu is a 7950, pus is a Ultra Protection hs 750.

Problem solved. Don't know what I did but I did a test boot outside case and worked then I put the comments back in and it orked thanks for help guys.
