Asus bios wont show new SSD

Hello. I own a asus g46vw and I decided to upgrade it to a new Samsung 840 ssd evo . Now the problems is I tried the migration tool and it didn't work i tried re-installing windows didn't work now i notice bios wasn't showing the ssd and the setting were fine it was set on ahci. i tried the ssd on another computer works fine i tried my old hard drive works fine i tried another hdd and it works fine. I updated the ssd firmware it didn't work i updated the bios didn't work. maybe you guys can help me Im pretty desperate.

I too had problems with the Samsung Data Migration software until it prompted me for an update. After updating, it worked flawlessly! Highly recommended!

Yeah I decided to install the SSD to my old HP computer and update the firmware then erase the SSD clean install it on my laptop and same problem bios can't read the SSD.

I gave that a try with no luck. every time I tried to install windows I get a message to enable the disks controller in bios I asked people and also Asus but no one gave me an answer.
