SSD question urgent

Solution
Yes, you don't need a new key. If you don't have an install disk, maybe try to contact the vendor of the computer your copy of Windows came with and explain your situation. They may not be able to help you but it's worth a try.

No. You should be able to reinstall an existing copy of windows on the new SSD. Even if it is an OEM copy, those are usually tied to motherboards, so if you are using the same motherboard you should be OK.

I've reinstalled Win7 on a new HDD before on my laptop and I had no issues, so I think you will be OK.
