AMd FX-6300 Proccessor best MoBo?

Hi I am getting my computer parts, but reading posts on the Internet and reviews, I stopped myself from buying the MSI 970A-G46 MoBo with my AMD Fx-6300 CPU. I am using this for gaming, and I wanted to know what is the best MoBo for the budget (A MoBo hopefully around $70 CAD) that will let me run smoothly as well as overclock my CPU.

If you're going to be overclocking i recommend the ASRock although you wont see massive increase in gaming with OC, If you want to just do gaming the M5A78L-M/USB3 would work great.

As for the different MOBO sizes, The only differences I know of are there is usually less PCI slots in Micro-ATX and everything is just more tightly packed together on the board. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

What about these Motherboards? Also I only have a budget of 60-80 for a motherboard, somewhat including shipping.

-Asus
-M5A78L-M/USB3
970 Extreme3 R2.0
-ASRock
960GM/U3S3 FX
-ASRock
880GM-LE FX


Also does a Micro-ATX vs a ATX affect much?
