Hey I want to use a single gpu in my new haswell build to game on a single 27 inch monitor. Should I get the 690 or titan? The bench marks I've seen so far the 690 is faster. Thanks

Keep in mind the 690 is dual GPU, and the Titan is 50% more expensive than the 780, and yet is only 7% faster, made worse by the fact they share a TDP cap (meaning two decent samples will overclock to the same speed).

You said "single" gpu, that would be the Titan. The 690 (just like the AMD 7990) is two GPU's in one, so in essence it is like having SLI / Crossfire cards. If it was me and my 1 grand, I would just go for the 690.

I would choose a 780 gtx, because 690 is a dual gpu and is just a little bit faster than titan, so titan would win the fight, but compared titan and 780 gtx, 780gtx is way more cheaper but only a little bit slower, so best price/performance would go to 780 gtx

Thank you all for you responses yeah I like the fact that the 690 has a gpu's sorry about the confusion. I also want to include my card in my water cooling loop. 4770k haswell OC 4.6. I will have a 240 rad and a 360 rad in my 800d
