can you mount a fan on the outside of your pc case

hey i have a small pc case and my heatsink/cpu cooler is very big (it is a SPIRE SP985S1-V2) so i dont have space for a system fan but i need 1 because my quad core cpu is clocking 72 degrees celsius so i need 1 but i dont have enough so my question is can i mount a fan outside my pc case

First. That heatsink is not big. Sure it can seem big if you have really small case. I helps if you tell what case you have.
And if you want other cooler or case. What case do u have?

If you think u have big cooler. Think again. This is big cooler.

And sure you can put fan outside case. If you can trow whole cooler outside your house. Why not fan outside your case? :D 
You can do anything if that helps your build working better.
