My specification:
Processor: Intel Core i7 2600 3.4Ghz Cache 8MB
Mainboard: GIGABYTE P67A-UD3-B3
PSU: Corsair 700W
VGA: ATI Radeon Sapphire HD 5850 1GB GDDR 5
HDD: WD 1TB Black
RAM: 2x4GB Kingston DDR 3
Casing: Sim Cool

Solution
Most Modern GPUs simply require a PCIe 16x slot. Your Motherboard has one so don't worry. Your PSU should be enough for the GPU , just remember to connect the wires from the PSU to GPU

Well your Motherboard has PCI Express 2.0 x16 that means your new card (PCIe 3.0) should work just fine. They are backwards compatible both ways.
So a PCI-E 3.0 Graphics Card will work in a PCI-E 2.0 Motherboard slot and a PCI-E 2.0 Graphics Card will also work in a PCI-E 3.0 Motherboard slot. There will be no performance loss, maybe 1fps. so don't worry!
