I would like to upgrade from this gfx card. Any suggestion which would give me the most bang for my buck?

Operating System
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
AMD Phenom II X4 965
Deneb 45nm Technology
RAM
16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz
Motherboard
ASRock M3A790GXH/128M (CPUSocket)
Graphics
HP w22 (1680x1050@59Hz)
BENQ E2220HD (1920x1080@60Hz)
1024MB ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series (ATI AIB)

Those are my pc specs if you need them aswell! Any advice will be helpful.

A 7870/270x would be a good choice for you
They both consume less power than the 4890 so it should be fine with your power supply too

Generally the best bang for buck right now would be the 7950, but your CPU should bottleneck it a fair bit, unless you're thinking of upgrading your CPU+MOBO later on
