I currently have my 4670k at 4.2ghz on a coolermaster seiden Xl in push pull exhaust in a coolermaster enforcer case, the top two fans are being used as intakes, temps are around 55-60 whilst playing guildwars 2 with itunes or any other applications in background, with a max of 70c seen on a core after couple of hours gaming, the heating is on in the house tho, the cpu cooler fans are SP120s and the top fans are coolermaster sickleflow, would i see much improvement/is it worth the hassle of switching the cooler to an intake and the top as exhaust? Plus should i buy AF120s for the top?

any help much appreciated

Heat tends to rise to the top. As a rule, front bottom and sides are meant to be intakes while top and rear are meant to be exhaust. I would use the following configuration:

1x200mm front intake
1x120mm side intake
1x200mm top exhaust
1x120mm rear exhaust

I would go with reversing your top fans and the cooler so that they are both exhausts then fit a 200mm side intake fan.If you can fit a 120mm/140mm intake fan that will also help
