I want to upgrade my computer but I am unsure if the components I'll buy will be compatible. This graphics card, the GT 610 2GB, is the only graphics card i'm a little more certain my PSU can handle. So to make sure, i'll ask you guys. Here's a website of my motherboard (contains my specifications): http:// (I have 3 GB DDR2 RAM)

Here's a a picture of my PSU: http://s14.postimg.org/6va5722r5/Photo0538.jpg (I don't know the information you need about this.)

If you know a better graphics card it can handle, please tell me. I want to play Skyrim, Farcry 3 on ultra. (or medium :'(  )

Please don't be mean, I'm new to the site and I only know a little about computers. If you need any info about it, please ask me. Sorry for my not-so-good english, it isn't my native language. :ange:

I doubt the GT 610 would play any of those games very well at even medium settings...
But first, we need a bit more information to recommend parts, what resolution will you be gaming at? And what is your budget like? Also, what store/site are you purchasing from?
Also, a generic 600W PSU would be fine for running that card but I would still recommend upgrading to a better quality PSU.

-I'll be playing at a 1280 x 1024 screen (although, I would like to buy a 1366 x 768 widescreen screen)
-I've only planned to buy a graphcis card, my budget for it is 60$
-I'm buying it from a shop called "PC domain"
-How much do you think will it cost me to buy a new PSU?
Thanks for the quick answer.

Do they have a website? Without it, I can't really check for prices...
At either of those resolutions, I would recommend getting a GT 640 (the 1GB version). That should be enough to almost max out both those games and will easily run both at medium.
Your PSU would be fine for that card too so don't worry about it too much. Change you PSU only if you decide to get a high end card in the future.

Will it fit on my motherboard though?

Yeah, most current cards would fit your motherboard.
I don't see the GT 640 listed on that price list...
I'll just write a list for the cards I would recommend out of those, in order from best to worst:
HD 6670 2GB
HD 6570 2GB
GT 440 1GB
GT 630 2GB
GT 430 2GB
GT 430 1GB

The first 2 cards would easily run those games at reasonably high settings. After that, the rest might run them at medium... maybe.
Please pick as close to the top of the list as you can. Hopefully these are within your budget.
Also, if you could get the GT 640, either the 1GB or 2GB version, you should consider it as it would easily run those games just like the HD 6670 2GB and the HD 6570 2GB.

I have an nVidia chipset, would HD6670 2GB work? THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

I remember someone telling me that my CPU type also matters in chosing a graphics card. My CPU is 64 bit.

No problem :D . Anyway, the HD6670 will work fine, and your CPU will work too, it doesn't matter too much.
