Hello,

I have bought a new samsung galaxy s duos (gt-s7562) but I am not able to connect it to my PC for data sharing.

How to connect samsung galaxy s duos (gt-s7562) to pc with usb cable?

My PC has Windows XP

I have downloaded Kies as well but the the PC doesn't detect the phone.

It gives following messages and keeps repeating them over and over again:

Found New Hardware - MTP

Samsung Mobile MTP device

A problem occurred during hardware installation. Your new hardware might not work properly.

You downloaded Kies, but did you install it? You have to install it on your PC first, then connect your phone and open Kies from the desktop shortcut (it may open automatically when you connect your phone).
