Intel Pentium Dual Core E2140 work on 945g Chipset?

I have a 945g chipset mobo with an old bios(date:12/4/2006) and i wanna buy the hd 5450.Will both of them work?????

The Pentium Dual Core E2140 works with 945g chipset MB, but some of old MB with pcie1.1x16 does not compatible with the pcie2.1X16 GPU (Only for the AMD HD GPU). And if that MB has the BIOS update then the 2.1X16 GPU will compatible with the MB. You can google that "pcie1.1X16 GPU on pcie2.1X16", you can see somebody say yes, somebody other say not. I recommend check there is the bios update or buy the NVidia card.

The Pentium Dual Core E2140 still works even with an old bios?
Should I get the Nvidia GT 210 or the 8400 GS instead of HD 5450?

Do you now the MB model #? You are better double check the CPU support list if you can find it. I don't know because you don't post that which on you have.
For GPU either one will be fine, the GT210 is newer one I recommend to buy it if you can get the good deal.

My motherboard is Alioth-50 r1.09g. Its from korea..... I can't even find it in the internet.The desktop set is Samsung Magic Station DB-Z58.http://www.samsung.com/sec/support/model/DB-Z58/T341G-downloads?downloadName=DR I am using google translate to translate it.
I am currently using the pentium 4 631.Will the Intel Pentium Dual Core E2140 be detected by my old bios?

I can't find any info about what chipset is in DB-Z58, because the e2140 is newer than the 631, both of them share most chipset but if DB-Z58 use the Intel® 915 then the e2140 is not compatible with DB-Z58. I add the link for two cpu's compatible chipsets list.

I used dxdiag to view my chipset then it showed intel 82945g express chipset family.I searched it in the internet then found out that it is pcie 1.1.I also looked at the compatible processors.The 631 and E2140 arae there.Will I get the e2140?

I am not positive, when you check the BIOS from the link, I saw the BIOS came out 2006.12.18 but the e2140 was out Q2'07.
If you can return the cpu when the cpu doesn't compatible, you can try it.
