The CPU cooler will fit in your chassis.
If your motherboard is a mATX sized , you might ( Rare case depending on motherboard ) struggle fitting the RAM in the first two slots. Last two will be good.

Maybe. Ram with spreaders typically has an issue with the tower coolers like the 212, but the spreaders on this particular ram appear to be shorter than the others like vengence or other gskill.

I think it will work but you may have to shift the fan upwards slightly. If it was me, I would look at the low profile ARES stuff from GSkill or the low profile Vengeance from corsair.
