Hi,
which card is better when it comes to:

1) performance
2) custom OC
3) noise in gaming
4) cooling system for the system
5) quality

The HIS 7870 IceQ X Turbo seems to have a better cooling system that is cooler and removes the air from the tower, does the XFX have this too?

HIS is better in EVERY way.
Fastest clock.
On average has higher OCs in reviews.
Quieter.
Cooling is WAAAAYYYY superior.
While the XFX has a nice metal design, the VRMs used are cheap. So again. HIS wins.

Thanks for the fast answers, is there any other card for the same price like the HIS 7870 IceQ X Turbo which is better in some points or is this the best one for the price?

Seems good, but I have an Intel G860 CPU and the cpu would bottleneck this card a lot since it is almost like 7950HD or? I asked few ppl and they told me that a 7850HD wont be a problem but some said a 7870HD could bottleneck a bit and some said it will be still fine. The r9 270x would cost 181€ here if it would not bottleneck a lot. In the future I can upgrade the CPU but not soon.

The 270X is a newer version of the HD7870...

The thing is since you are planning on upgrading your CPU anyway, a bottleneck does not matter.

I know that is it just a new version of the HD 7870 but it is like an 7950HD in benchmarks or does it not matter? I could upgrade in like 1 year or so, will there be only a small bottleneck till I can upgrade the CPU? I saw a benchmark where they said that you can minimize the bottleneck when you use high AF and AA settings and your GPU is more requested than without AA and AF.

No, in every way it IS pretty much a HD7870 with a few tweaks.

Its not faster than an HD7870.
