i have the sapphire hd 7850 2gb ddr5 and an amd fx 8350 but still the game mostwanted runs at mostly 30fps....whats the reason behind this ...all cong of game are at default...is my ram bottlenecking it...?????

it some v-sync bug, u lower all the setting then save, then exit the game
then reopen the game and change to other resolution lower then u monitor resolution,save then exit,
reopen the games back turn back the resolution and the setting back to normal(ur preference) if it too demanding it will get back to 30 fps
*forget super sampling, ambient occ.. and reflextion on high, it buggy on the game
