Should I get this case and keyboard?

Sounds weird...But in my newegg cart i have a corsair obsidian 750D...160$. If i get the "Fractal Design Define R4 (With window) And i get this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823109191

it will be the same price...i dont have a keyboard...like im on a laptop but when i get the PC i have to get A BETTER monitor ( i hvae one thats not HD) But i dont have a mouse and keyboard...So should i get the fractal and keyboard, but what do you even think about the 750D? Like if you had to pick the R4 or 750D which one should it be? So....which one should i do? Case and keyboard or case? And the fractal will fit a 12'3 length card right?

Also if you can, please link me a CHEAP but GREAT gaming mouse so i can keep it in mind. Thanks

PS: If you find a mechanical Keyboard with RED LED and a gaming mouse for 50$ total, that would be cool.

Mice and keyboards are personal feel items. See if you can't test some different ones out. Pick the best and go shopping.
Can't help there.

Since you do have a budget, consider carefully what is important to you.
In this case, a $160 case will not perform any better than a simple $50 case like the Antec Gaming Series One :

With the $110 saved, you can buy something more useful to you.

maybe something a little better for like 60-70? With a window, USB 3.0 and fits a 12'3 GPU.

Exactly what do you need to fit in this case that might be 12.3" long.
Current GTX780 and 7970 cards are only 10.5" long.
What size motherboard will you use? ATX, M-ATX, ITX?

Windowed cases are popular if you like to show off, but tend to be more expensive and noisier.

GPU is a Sapphire Toxic R9 280X and i will use an ATX motherboard.

Eh..not my type...I might just get the Fractal R4 and that keyboard i spoke about but i am also going to need to add some more fans :/ which defeats the purpose of getting more things like a keyboard and stuff and PAYING more...Any Fractal R4 case idk....like a 4670k combo or something like that?

Cases are a personal thing. Buy the case you love, spend more on it if you need to.
You will be looking at it for a long time.
I like the R4.
In shopping for a case, be aware of shipping costs; cases can be heavy.

Do not chase combo's. They are good only if the combo is EXACTLY what you would have bought separately.
