Do you have the latest BIOS? and latest drivers for Win8 - they apparently originally released this mobo knowing it had problems with the NIC, one example of why I won't touch their mobos, Poor Quality Control

NIC = Network Interface Card, a remnant from the days when all network devices were discrete cards.

Ok, thanks. So, what should I do? Or isn't there much to do from my side..

Also, I can't acces the BIOS by pressing del or F11 when booting. I can only with the Fast Boot utility of MSI. In Windows I click the on 'GO2BIOS'. Then my PC restarts and get into the BIOS.

For the NIC problem, go to the Qualcom website, download the "Killer Cleaner" and the Win 8 drivers. Run the Killer Cleaner on your system and remove all traces of the Killer Suite. Re-install ONLY THE WIN 8 DRIVERS, NOT THE KILLER SUITE. See if that fixes your problem.

I had the same problem .. board cd doesn't support win 8.1.
Go to the msi website using other pc and download the latest driver for killer on win 8-8.1 os. Copy to a usb mem stick and install it to new 8.1 windows pc. Done.

Please could you post a link to where I can find these drivers? I'm having the same issue but can't seem to locate the drivers :(

Always get latest drivers for any board you buy from the manufacturers website prior to installation - best to always get drivers and utilities that are the latest and greatest... the driver cd from any mobo or gpu is always chucked into the pile in my office. Use it as a best practice going forward...

I knew I could see a comment from someone in the same manner as always when I saw MSI in the title :/
