For a few weeks/months games have frozen and the monitor began to flash random colors/lines. Sometimes it just freezes and says the graphics driver has succesfully restarted and everything is fine, other times the game stops responding and has to be restarted. I've tried updating drivers for my video card, but that hasn't seemed to help, nor has cleaning out the dust with compressed air. Any help would be appreciated.

I experienced pretty much the same thing, and I'm honestly not quite sure of the fix. For about 2-3 months I got the message once every few weeks. I sometimes also had to restart my machine. That being said the problem has stopped and I haven't noticed any other issues out of the card.
