Random components cutting out / Power Supply issue?

I built a new computer about 4 months ago, and since then I've been having this really weird issue that has gotten progressively worse over time. I've asked in other communities and gotten no help or real answers on to what could be causing this, hopefully here will be different.

At first, the issue was as small as my far right monitor (3 monitor setup) was randomly cutting out, only for a split second, would just go black and then be fine again for hours. If I had to guess it would happen again anywhere between 2 to 6 hours. Now at first I thought it was the HDMI, because my other 2 monitors use DVI, that one uses HDMI, so I tried changing the cable out to see if the cable was bad, nothing there. I also tried switching what monitor used the HDMI, cause I thought maybe the monitors HDMI port was bad. What ever monitor has the HDMI, is the monitor that cuts out.

Now over time I've really got some interesting information about this all. It's not just my monitor, is everything, everything cuts out. The weird thing is, when I turn my computer on, it like, randomly chooses a component that it's going to be cutting out. Such as USB ports, graphics card (all though always just the HDMI monitor), and sometimes my net adapter. When it chooses say, my net adapter, my net will just randomly cut out for a split second, which is enough to log me out of games and such, super annoying. Here is what is interesting though, when it's cutting out something other then my monitor, if I turn my monitor off, and back on (the HDMI one) then it's my monitor that cuts out from there forward.

I've tried absolutely everything to try and fix this issue, with no luck. Recently I plugged in a USB mic, and I've noticed it's happening way more often now. This finally brought me to the idea that my power supply is lacking, not enough juice. However, whenever I look up how much power I should have, it's always 500W-600W and I have 750W.

Here is my computer partlist - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1R1OQ
That website doesn't have my exact case, but I selected one that is of the same series it looks like.

As a side note, and who knows maybe related. My HDD hasn't worked since I built my computer but my computer can't really slide out without having to unplug a lot of stuff (I did some clean wire management behind it) so I just haven't slid it back out to see what is causing that yet. I know it's plugged in, and in fact Speccy shows me that I have a HDD, but in my device manager, or even in 'Computer' under windows it shows only my SSD.

Please help me with this most annoying issue, and thanks in advanced for any information provided.

Hi VirtualJunky,

I have a similar problem where my computer is very new (built myself) and I also have a 750W PSU (full spec below), however my computer is cutting out when playing games. It only seems to be the new games though, I am fine playing older less demanding games but anything that is newer e.g. in the last 6 months, my computer simply cuts out.

Having seen this problem with other computers in the past and never really seen anyone get to the bottom of the cause I am concerned that this is just a problem associated with high spec computers.

VirtualJunky, what you are saying certainly sounds like a lack of power. I would suggest disconnecting as much power drain as possible, e.g only the master HDD, one stick of RAM, no DVD, and only essential fans, then see if the problem persists. If so try a higher Watt PSU. Also are you running more than one graphics card? if so I THINK you may benefit from a Dual Rail PSU.

Spec:
Intel Core i7-4770K,
16gb 1600mhz DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce 780 GTX EVGA SuperClocked
250Gb SSD
Gigabyte Z87-HD3 motherboard
Coolermaster Cosmos 2 Case

Can anyone offer any other help on these issues? any comments are appreciated. Even a way to record logs that may point to the issue?
