Maybe I said it wrong, I think the mobo and CPU will still be running a couple years down the road , by which time you may be wanting a better GPU (they come out much faster than mobo/CPUs do and just get faster and faster
With all three boards you pretty much get what you pay for, more expensive means more bells/whistles. Check their specs on the pages I linked to see what extras you want.
At least 2 years to play most games at ULTRA, and all at high. Most top end GPUs from a few years back still hold their own... this year's are even more powerful.

Aright thanks a lot tbh I was going to get a 4770k but the. 3770k overclocks better and to be honest there basically equal
You should be good for a few years anyway, mines been running basically 24/7 with a 3570K at 4.7 ince Apr of 2012, game wise should run most anything, prob will look to replace the new GPU before you need to change mobo/CPU
