I'm on a tight budget so i have to choose one thing over another..so wich will be better .. option number 1> buying a 22 inch monitor 1920x1080 Full HD with sapphirre HD 7850 1 GB.

option number 2 > buying a 19 or 20 inch monitor 1366x768 or 1600 x 900 with saphirre HD 7870.

I'm Really confused and i don't know wich option will be more enjoyable at playing.. so hope you guys help

You can reduce resolution on a monitor, but you can't increase it if it is not supported.
Buy higher resolution up front.
I think viewing angle is important, more so on 27 and 30" units. 160/170 is normal for inexpensive monitors. 178/178 is about as good as you can do. That will show up on ips panel monitors. With a budget issue, I might not worry much about viewing angle.

Also, most lcd monitors will refresh at 60hz. That is 16ms per refresh. There are no real standards on response time. I would not chase 5ms or anything like that. I doubt that your graphics card can sustain 60fps anyway. It is more complicated than that, but again, with a budget, anything reasonable is ok.

What's your budget? Can you give a numerical value and currency?

Well I would enjoy knowing the fact that I have better hardware in my system. Monitors are so cheap nowadays, get the 7870 and invest in a solid 22 inch monitor sometime down the road.

i live in Egypt, so things are expensive here .. monitors are not cheap .. a cheap LCD 20, 21 inch monitor costs around 700-800 L.E, wich is 114$..so my budget for the monitor is around 700-800 L.E

unfortunately i can't, monitors are not cheap in Egypt .. so i have to choose between a non Full HD monitor with 7870, or a Full HD monitor with a 7850

I think I would opt for the larger, higher res monitor, option 1. You will have a better visual experience, and the monitor will last a long time.

The 7870 and 7850 are not that different in gaming capability. It would take a synthetic benchmark to distinguish between them.

so my option is > putting more money on monitor make it around 1000 L.E and buy a Full HD one with the 7850, or vice versa

thanks for your help, i was into this opt. more but if there is no big difference between 1600x900 and 1920x1080 i may go for the secound one, is a 160/170 viewing angle is a good angle view? and is 5ms response time will do fine?

the view angle is fine, the time response is normal ,so (2ms would be better for gaming). also try to get a one with DVI, or HDMI if possible, so you will get better viewing quality from digital sourses

thanks for your reply, and yes..I'm not Aiming for 60FPS in all games, i just want a playable FPS in solid games.. about the viewing angle, I'm sitting on a little bit lower chair infront of the screen :D (not straight to screen) so i was worried if i got the 160/170 i can't see well

You can normally tilt a monitor so you are looking at it face on.
Even if you are looking off center, you can still see everything. It will just look a bit washed out.
If you can't see well, opt for a larger diagonal monitor. The pixels will be larger.
A monitor is one of the few "future proof" pc purchases you can make today.
If you spend extra for a great monitor, it will last you through several generations of builds.
Do you have access to ebay?
Many have bought catleap 27" 2560 x 1440 ips monitors with good satisfaction.

Yes, they are more expensive, but nowhere near the $900 or so for a dell or hp comparable.
