Nope you cant OC on that board.
Get a 990FX chispet mobo. Or a 970 chipset motherboard if you cant get a 990FX motherboard.
Also get an aftermarket CPU Cooler like the CM 212 EVO which can cool the CPU and keep it below 65'C on full load.
Stock cooler can't be used for OC.motherboard.

Your friend ought to be lucky. That board is a budget board which isnt meant to be OCing. Your system could blow up any minute even if you manage to OC.
The board can go till 125W , go above it to blow something up.
Is your friend using Turbo Key or something like that ?

you need better heat disipation solutions MOBOs, also take into acount that LE series are really basic ones, it was not built for overclocking activities, so you will be resting your mobo life expectancy
