Windows 7 not showing up a partition

When i am downgrading from windows 8 to windows 7,the drive Animated Films ( D: ) vanishes but it will be there when i have to choose the partition for windows install. Please help fast. Thanks in advance.

You might have to go into manage/storage/disk management and assign a drive letter to the partition.

Yes I see that, what about the other partitions on that same disk?

They are just fine, do you think as that is the first drive of the 2nd hdd so windows has put some system files in it? :??:

I am lost since it should at least show as unallocated space since the disk is recognized. No change if you go in the tool menu and rescan or refresh?

Yup no change sir. It was fine a month ago,few weeks back i put my windows ultimate x64 disc and booted the pc and saw it vanishing,after that i went back to 8, no option for me :'(
