You can put in a 1000watt unit or a 430watt unit and the system will run the same since both are big enough and capable to provide the system with the power it pulls and it will consume the same from both.
I originally recommended 550watts which will allow you to upgrade to GPU's like R9 280X or HD7970. Then I put in 500watt unit that will power your rig with GTX760 or HD7950.
With your current configuration 430watts is what is recommended but will run on a quality 400watt unit.

I love that fan! a bit tricky to install though, I recommend getting some good quality thermal paste to go along with it. If you don't know how to take off the stock fan you simply unplug the fan and wait until the cpu gets hot and it comes right off.
